Abstract submission opens 30 April, 2017 and closes 14 October, 2017. Please note that there are 3 submission rounds. 

Registration opens 1 May, 2017 with the following options:

"I am keen & I am IN!"

Early registration opens 1 May and closes 31 July, 2017.

"I am definitely COMING!"

Registration opens 1 August and closes 30 November 2017

The full registration includes attendance at the conference; morning tea, lunch, and afternoon tea each day of the conference; Welcome Reception and Gala Dinner.

Please note that this conference will be limited to 120 participants.





The registration fees have been calculated to break even

(i.e. to cover the necessary costs to organise this event). Neither the keynote speakers nor the conference committee members are paid for their service to academic community. Should the event result in profit, this money will be used to offset delegates' carbon emissions.  

Cancellation Policy

Any amendments and/or cancellations must be notified in writing to AUT Hospitality Services.

Registration cancellation received in writing before 15 November 2017 (NZST) will be refunded in full less an administration fee of $25.00 GST inclusive. Registration cancellations submitted in writing between 16 November 2017 and 1 December 2017 (NZST) will incur a 10% administrative fee GST inclusive. Registration cancellations submitted after 1 December 2017 (NZST) will not receive a refund. Substitute delegates are welcome without penalty, but please advise AUT Hospitality Services of any name changes 10 days prior to the start of the conference. Any refunds to an overseas account will be refunded using the exchange rate at the time of the refund. AUT Hospitality Services is not responsible for any difference between the amount paid and the amount refunded due to difference in exchange rate.
